In addition to the Common Application, students wishing to apply to Webb must submit:
-$70 Application Fee or Fee Waiver
-High School Transcript (& College Transcript, if applicable)*
-Secondary School Report Form & Counselor Recommendation
-Two Letters of Recommendation
-(Recommended) SAT or ACT
*Note that completing a course in Calculus and Physics prior to enrolling at Webb is required
Furthermore, students must be capable of performing all work required in the academic courses and in the annual practical winter work terms, which require a US Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credential with Student Observer classification.
Applicants who are selected as finalists must also take part in an overnight visit, which includes an interview with the president and a faculty member, as well as a math assessment and response to a prompt.
If as of today you have already earned your high school diploma or GED AND have taken courses at a college or university as a full-time or part-time student, you are considered to be a transfer applicant. Please note that all students who are accepted to Webb, regardless of educational background, number of college credits, AP scores, etc. begin their Webb experience as first-semester freshmen.
