Complete the First Year application if the University of Minnesota Morris will be the first college you wish to enroll at after graduating from high school. Although you may have earned college credit while still in high school and can transfer that work to Morris you will still be defined as a first-year student since this will be the first time you are a degree-seeking student. You get the best of both worlds - a jump start on college from the courses you transfer in but maintain eligibility for our generous renewable scholarships that we award to first year students.

If you earned college credit while still in high school and this will be the first college you attend after high school graduation you should complete the First Year application.
