First-year

Applying to OU is free.
Applying as a first-year student for the Winter semester? You may do so at no cost on the OU Admissions Website.
If you are a high school student, graduate, GED holder seeking a bachelor's degree, or an Early/Middle College student without additional college coursework after your 13th year, you should apply as a first-year.
Test scores are not required for admission through fall 2025, but are encouraged for scholarship consideration and course placement. Test scores will never negatively impact admission or scholarship consideration.
All applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
