Apply using the Common Application. Applicants can apply test optional, which means they do not need to submit their SAT/ACT scores. If applying traditional, official SAT/ACT scores be sent to the Office of Admission Processing. All official transcripts should also be sent to the Office of Admission Processing directly from the institution. Monmouth also requests that all applicants submit one letter of recommendation and an essay. A non-refundable application fee of $60 should be submitted with the application.

3+3 Program in Occupational Therapy - December 1
3+3 Program in Physician Assistant - December 1
Regular Decision - March 1

If a transfer applicant has earned fewer than 24 transferable credits, a high school transcript and SAT or ACT should also be submitted. A non-refundable application fee of $60 should be submitted with the application.
