Application information

Find out about requirements, fees, and deadlines

First-year

First year students are applying directly from high school. Some first year students may have some college credits through AP coursework or other programs, but they have not attended college previously. We take a holistic approach when considering applications and are SAT/ACT optional.  Along with an application, we’ll need your final official high school transcripts (and any college transcripts you may have). For fall semester start dates we make admissions decisions by October of the previous year.

Transfer

Transfer students have taken classes and earned college credit at a college or university after graduating high school. We take a holistic approach when considering applications and are SAT/ACT optional. Along with an application, we’ll need your official college transcripts and high school transcripts if you have fewer than 12 college credits. Any military students who will be submitting a Joint Service Transcript will also be considered a Transfer student.

“I finally found a home at Mercy. When I first came to campus and talked to the faculty and staff they were so welcoming. I didn’t feel like I’d be a newcomer, I just fit in.”
