If you’re attending college for the first time and studying in the traditional day program on campus, you're a first-year student. Requirements include: completed application, official transcripts from all previously attended schools, & official ACT/SAT scores or an indication you're applying test optional (Homeschooled students must submit test scores). Supportive documents: personal statement, letter of recommendation from a high school counselor or teacher, activity resume listing extracurricular activities, volunteer work/hobbies. International students: English language proficiency scores are also required.

If you’ve previously attended another 2-year or 4-year college or university and will be transferring in at least 12 credits, you're a transfer student. Requirements include: completed application, official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and/or universities and a transfer report. International students: English language proficiency scores are also required.
