Students applying to Fitchburg State University are only required to submit the Common Application itself and an official high school transcript. Essay and recommendations are not required but are highly encouraged.  Fitchburg State operates on Rolling Admissions, so we do not have an Early Action or Early Decision deadline. There is a priority deadline of December 1st for Spring admission and April 1st for Fall admission. 
  Applicants to our Nursing and Game Design programs are strongly encouraged to apply by December 1st.
There is a $35.00 application fee to apply to Fitchburg State University via the Common App.
